Haha is fucking nonsense, Law became stronger too if people think Law wasn't stronger are usually delusion asf.
Law became stronger and even then wasn't really a match for Kaido showing how insane Kaido is.

This chapter proof it, Luffy and his top allies became far stronger since DR.
