The Kozuki's symbol is more than likely the crane and Marco's phoenix (a modern Fenghuang) pretty much equals the pheasant both directly and through the rooster in Chinese and Japanese mythology.

The Phoenix is depicted as being an eagle.

Also here's some info

Fenghuang, Wade-Giles romanization feng-huang, also called feng or (misleadingly) Chinese phoenix, in Chinese mythology, an immortal bird whose rare appearance is said to be an omen foretelling harmony at the ascent to the throne of a new.

They aren't the same thing

Nobody is responding because your theory is ridiculous.
1. The Kozuki symbol Is a crane, not a pheasant.

2. The Phoenix is modeled after a pheasant in most eastern myths

Your argument makes no sense. I can't believe we have to even argue that Marco is the pheasant and not Zoro lol.

They aren't the same thing buddy.

So it's finally happening then as speculated?

1st wave - Scabbrds
2nd wave - Supernovas
3rd wave - Momotaro

I was wondering why Oda was having Momo "train" throughout the arc. Obviously a couple weeks of practice will mean literally jack shit in the long run, but depending on how Shinobu's df works it could be the condition that allows Momo to become powerful. Say if it were to take his current skills and develop them to where they would be 20 years down the line.

We could see a grown up Momo wielding ame no habakiri returning to fight alongside Yamao, Marco and Luffy (dog, pheasant and monkey). If Momo gets aged up then there's also potential for Tama too. I wonder why Oda chose to make it permanent? As for whether they'll win or not, I think we're gonna get another battle.

4th wave - Straw Hats

They're all simply in too good condition for them to be finished after what should be the hardest fights in their lives up until now. I think the 4th wave will give us an Oars style battle with the whole crew that culminates in the emergence of dawn symbolising the straw hats will be the ones to bring it in.

Momo will get his crack at Kaido, but the main characters will be the ones to finish it.
Did you just respond to yourself by asking yourself a question

Wuuuuuuuuuuuuut

Check your sourcing. In most myths it's a golden pheasant. Marco's fruit literally looks like a pheasant, especially with the wing and feather tendrils. He literally looks nothing like an eagle.

You aren't lecturing me on this. The fact that you went straight for the Western phoenix when Marco is clearly more of a modern Fenghuang tells a lot about our positions. Check his design, his techniques, his fellow phoenixes in Japanese pop culture and even his color spread appearances; then you may understand why he's connected to the pheasant.

The appeance of the bird is based on that the Pheasant my guy. Where do you think Mythology generally comes from? Out of thin air?

You still can't even acknowledge that the Kozuku symbol is a Crane.

humanbeing

Momo can fight Kaido for sure if he can turn into a giant Dragon who can spit fire, and since he is not alone he will be ok he can fight kaido 1 vs 1 , and to be honest i think his biggest role would be preventing Onigashima from crashing the flower capital.
