Hence my further explanation.
With CP9, we had a fool proof way to make a hierarchy, heck Oda did that for us by literally stacking the Douriki numbers on top of each other. And sure, there could be further factors like DF mastery, the level and type of Rokushiki they mastered more and so forth, nevertheless sure thing. That´s the reason why we know Kumadori, even if by only 10 Douriki, was stronger than Fukurou.
Without that? You can´t claim you would have known.
From the fights, Kumadori was completely overwhelmed by Monster Point Chopper, whereas Fukurou did some serious damage to Franky, with fists and so forth. Just looking at how the fights went without Douriki, you would only have feats, and Kumadori was completely at mercy of Monster Chopper, whereas Fukurou vs Franky was an open fight.
Kumadori looked the same as WW vs Jinbe, completely outmatched. Yet you know Kumadori is the stronger one, and him looking like that vs Monster Point, someone who completely outclasses normal Chopper and Kumadori, is not an argument for Fukurou > Kumadori.
I am not gonna argue PIS since it´s pandora´s box and everything can be called that.
I have seen several times the argument regarding the headbutts, since when is Luffy´s headbutt a significant measure to assess her. Luffy´s normal Hardening is neither noteworthy, nor is his headbutt ever been a significant asset.
And base Luffy with G2 and G3, unless he gets out advanced Haki stuff, is still at best a low high tier.
Yep, those are good durability feats, the best for F6, no argument there.

I think i wanted that because the SH didn’t have real challenge since the Ts so for their first real fight I wanted something huge
Per skip we had : alabasta : the sh showing something new or new tactics, Skypiea : same, for Enies Lobby : same. So we had natural progression even if the fights weren’t extreme diff.
But here I have the feeling the SH at fishmen island could have done the same as they did now. (For Franky Jimbe and Robin at least)
