The first wear was vs P1, the second was at the bathhouse, i gess sanji was feeling weird since then.

It should be. Momo turning into a huge Dragon means he has more physical strength, tougher body to hard and possibly could replicate Kaido’s elemental attacks… if these things don’t make you a competent and better fighter I don’t know what could. Furthermore, the possibility of Momo somehow being capable of transforming into hybrid is even greater of making him a better fighter.
