Wouldn't give "haki upgrade" like every single character by the "lazy" solution? 
I mean, where's the point of Kamabakka training except his CoA/CoO awakening? Even Gepo became useless after RS, also the next power-up seems to be related to Germa again.
Nah, Queen's specific flerting with his flames and this "my body is feeling weird with RS" are not coincidence. He's clearly going to unlock his genes, but that doesn't need to be related to Lunarians.
What about Hell memories? Dude just bursted into flames out of sheer anger, no friction needed, you can argue that sanji's power might bloom overtime, at first he's just immune to fire and can only control it, then his control over fire becomes more powerful overtime, basically the lunarian puberty lol, that explanation could very easily fix the plot hole

Rokushiki + Haki isn't useless. Jinbe use his Fishman Karate with Haki
I just don't like RS like many others. His drop in popularity in the last poll seems to be an indicative of that as well (I know there are fans who love it).
My point is: if he hadn't learned Gepo during TS, with RS he could still do the same thing.

On this one I can concur.
Characters feature mach speeds and Oda doesn't necessarily have to display Sanji moving his leg in a zoomish way in order to generate friction, just like Luffy does it so fast we witness his arm ignite that swiftly like magically but in reality he is likely generating heat since vulcanization requires a certain amount of heat as well. Unless Oda changed the natural process in the manga.
Humans can indeed generate elementary attacks. Luffy needs his DF though. Unless any human can do it without via heat.
But I didn't know Judge's nickname was Garuda, this could change the tables here potentially.

sanji is a haki based fighter its just that he uses haki with DJ he's not primarily elemental DJ is a technique that enhances his kick course impact while using basic arnament (not element primarily) .. he can very well coat his legs and harden them and use fire over them and fight but he chooses not to.. but uses common invisible arnament..

compare this to sanji just using common arnment or nome at all with DJ
and btw martial arts are of different types, leg martial arts is also a thing and some of them are Taekwondo and Capoeira it involves some of Muay thai as well
so sanji is a leg only.. and he has already put maneuved Vergo who is a martial artist himself who uses both hand and legs when the latter couldn't even once .. so leg martial arts is his cup of tea and level of skill is also a thing.
