There should be some swaps between the fights 1-2 chapter Luffy vs Kaido and 1-2 chapter Sanji/Zoro vs King/Queen. The fight of Sanji and Zoro should end faster than Kaido, so maybe zoro and sanji can assist luffy to finally beat kaido or something like that.

So im seeing every fight resolved before the Calamity fights. This chap resolves Jack and Perosperos fights. Im thinking in maybe like 2 chaps the other fights will be resolved.
