Scabbards and Supernova barring Luffy and Zoro did jackshit against Kaido.
As Kaido said he can only be hurt by coc coating and only a handful people can do that.
Don't forget Luffy having 1 on 1 with Kaido in his base using adv coc for several minutes, Zoro's ashura, and then Yamato, and then Yamato Luffy combo. All his must have weakened him. But he's still has 70-80 hp.
