That wasn't really the point of Sanji's character arc in WCI

At the end of WCI it was outright shown that Sanji was inferior to his siblings(bar yonji) with their advanced tech and genes. His character arc was about how him being a good person was more important than his strength.

This feat is actually dog shit, Zoro tanked just as strong of an attack and then even stronger attack and then got up even faster, where as Sanji was knocked out for most of the arc

This would have kill Sanji if normal lightening K.Oed him

One kick from Zoro pre TS destorys a building lauches baloon stuffed Luffy and 2 other opponents. Sanji never showed this level of kicking power pre TS.
Zoro literally doesn't need swords to kick Sanji's ass

Don't be, actually. He'll probably arrive after everything is over so they'll be very weak at that plus Lucci has also probably grown a lot since then. Also, he'll have a lot of strong back-ups too in the form of the CP0 agents.
