One of the reasons I like this matchup, is that Lafitte is my favorite BB member, and I also don't want to have a measly 1 chapter fight of him, which might happen if he fights someone "not-wing", considering what we got with the Flying 6.

Most likely he'll end up as Nami's opponent eventhough he's a male. First he's a former cop if I remember right which is the natural enemy of thiefs, and second he's the navigator of the BBP similar to her.

Imo there are two possiblities for the Sanji opponent in the BB crew to be. He's to be either somehow someway parallelled to Zoro similar to how the latter will most likely face Shiryu, an Invisible man similar to Sanji, or he's going to be related to Germa and their fall centuries ago.

I don't know who among the Titanic captains of the BB crew fits more these two categories but imo most likely it's going to be either Pizzaro(related to north blue), or Burgess(BBP First commander), or the still missing 10th commander. The rest just don't feel to me fit enough to face Sanji.

Seeing how oda pitted zoro against someone that has same abilities as sanji this arc..


its actually increases the chances of it being Shiryu vs Zoro

It cant be someone with similar potrayal with the other crew...it gotta be someone with good hype and a higher standing that others. Most of the BB crew was potrayed equal, except Shiryu with his introduction. Sanji cant be fighting someone who looks around the same lvl as Nami and Usopp's opponent.

So from Burgess, im back to thinking its the unknown 10th Commander.....who is also Gin

Idk I feel like it would be a great way to reintroduce himself. Gin is shown as a man who follows the wrong men. Plus I feel like re-introducing him in that way would....idk...make a bigger impact lol. Plus I want a rematch.

Sanji is the only Strawhat connected to royalties in general and North Blue royalties specifically so if anything he's going to be Pizzaro opponent more so than Nami going by that. Nothing is written in stone though.

We don't know that. Besides he's a former Noth Blue royalty so it's very logical to assume that he had some dealings with them.

Not likely as we know that Pizarro was taken down by a coup due to his own Greed destroying his country. It wasn’t because he was conquered and that wouldn’t put him in prison.

Because of this it’s safe to assume he wasn’t defeated by judge during the conquering of four nations. So unless for some reason he has a grudge from generations ago (doubt it) then he should have no connection to Germa.
