I agree but BM should have something which makes her close to kaido right? I am not saying anything about BM's defeat but if she gets defeated then Kaido is significantly stronger than her because of regen and how many attacks it is required to put him down in compariosn to BM

I think that what Linlin has upon Kaido is the versatility of her DF, how she can turn everything around her into a weapon and can get PUs on a whim (see HERA).

To say it in a ugly and simple way:
- Kaido has more developed physical stats and good control of elements. He rapresents a Zoan Top Tier.
- Linlin has more developed control of elements and good physical stats. She rapresents a Paramecia Top Tier.

Oda can easily make Linlin defeat credible, the main problem is that a good portion of the community got fixated on Kidd not being able to pull something like that (be it for personal agendas or other reasons...) but he's the right man for the job.

- Yamato is Kaidos son/daughter with same techniques (thunder bagua, CoC) and mythical DF
- Killer is Kidds partner just like Oden was WB little brother (only one that wasn't a son) and both are top tier swordsmen
- Sanji is #3 like Gaban. As we saw in the anime Gaban is roughly equal to Oden, probably just behind. That's how I see Killer ≈> Sanji as well. And we already know Zoro > Killer.

I think Law + Kid together awakening their DF powers could hurt Big Mom to the same extent Kaido was damaged throughout the arc (besides, most of the damage Kaido took was negligible and easily recoverable), but in the end let's Kid vs Big Mom (a little nerfed) in 1v1.

People want to talk about Kid being "nerfed" against Big Mom because headaches. That's fine but why do these same people ignore that Zoro was so overly massively nerfed against Kaido? Oda even acknowledges how nerfed Zoro is going into him against Kaido.

Law is basically at a loss of words for how Zoro can still put up a fight against even Prometheus. 5% HP Zoro.

Yet he was able to do this, new Oden feat. People love to downplay Zoro it is OP fans favorite pass time these days.

Fulgora is the most impressive elemental attack seen so far, while Ragnarok is the most impressive physical attack seen so far
You could make an argument that Kaido is the strongest at the end of the day, imo he would win after an extreme diff fight (kinda like Akainu vs Aokiji) but Kaido >> Linlin? No way in this world.

This is expected by the 5 leaders of the new generation. They are all close in level. Their feats on the roof suggest each one could hold their own against a Yonkou
