During her battle with Kaido there is a line from him about yamto fighting in vain because the samurai will never accept her and will always fear her. During the flashback Yamato asked the samurai if she can be a samurai too. This should be definitely addressed later again. And resolved. Her seeing adult Momo will most likely seal the deal. At least I can't imagine her leaving him behind.
Carrot has nothing going for her outside of being there for a long time in the background, even her key highlight moment was used entirely to hype up the mink race and the Sulong army which ended up mostly off screened when it finally happened in Wano, Carrot fans have to accept they're suffering from sunk cost or at the very least not embarrass themselves arguing about understanding the story.

Those 5 had consequent interactions with Carrot. This is enough to say that Yamato is FAR behind her as Yamato only interacted with Franky and Luffy until now.

So a big argument is that Yamato will stay in Wano, a decision she will make for yourself instead of it being forced upon her? Ok so...why? Why exactly will that happen?
For 20 years Yamato has tried to leave Wano and go on adventures. She ate a fruit that made her Wano's guardian yet she still tried to leave. She knew about Momo for those 20 years yet still tried to leave. She finally met Momo and still declared she's leaving. 3 years ago she met Ace and she once again declared she wants to leave Wano and go on adventures, with Ace promising to beat Kaido and liberate Wano aka, still leaving after Wano is saved. She 100% believes Kaido will be beaten, Wano liberated and Momo becoming the shogun, yet she still declared she's leaving.
So what exactly can happen to make Yamato pull a 180 despite all of that? Momonosuke and Wano aren't reasons since as already stated, she wanted to bounce despite them.

That’s why I have said that they use the logic of double standards.
Carrot: the sea is wonderland! (Said it only once, brought some stuffs because she thought it would be a short picnic trip; means that she will go back to Zou eventually)
Their logic: that’s it! Carrot is leaving with the Straw Hats! She is the next SH!
Yamato: I want to go out to sea and get stronger (specifically mentioning Luffy, and said go out to sea more than 3 times)
Their logic: that’s it! That’s the diversion context that Yamato will stay in Wano!
All they could do was mental gymnastics & headcanon again and again, instead of showing valid & substantial points. Imagine having these kind of logic for more than a year. The more obvious the clues, the higher the denials
P.S. I’m 100% sure one of them will reply again with more headcanon and mental gymnastics

There is no need for mental gymnastic when we read the story right. I mean, it's totally okay to think that Yamato will join, what wouldn't be ok however, would be to clash the story and/or Oda if said expectation is not fulfilled.
We Carrot fan know that there is always a chance for us to be wrong, I don't feel that from the Yamato fanbase.
