These panels in chapter 969 are obviously telling us something very specific.

There's a person on the enemy side who can shoot people with something that gives them a fever bleeding and blindness.

Queen's previous virus, the mummy virus was also shot into people but gave them Fever bleeding and severe dehydration. Putting two and two together, I can say Queen has a blindness virus as well.

What's weird is that Oda is choosing to foreshadow it here without drawing much attention to it and not using it for something very big. Like why would a random power of a Commander require three panels of foreshadowing. Well I think this isn't a random power. This is probably Queen's trump card when shit hits the fan later on when he is being smacked around.

So if a blindness virus is Queen's final form then we'll probably need good observation haki to deal with it.

Fujitora can sense where someone is without seeing them. why should he not be able to know where he will sense someone in the future?
