So much for Kaidou grew in strength over the 5 years and reached Oden's level.

Instead we learn that it had nothing to do with power levels but the support Oden was receiving from the people of Wano and his charisma. What next excuse are you going to bring up to push your narrative that Flashback Kaidou is incomparable to his current self?

25 years ago Kaidou seems ~ 20 years ago Kaidou. Looking at how it's going, 20 years ago Kaidou is probably also approximately equal to current Kaidou.

Pretty astonishing how a single character can contain so much stupidity inside of them.

So Orochi was turning Wano into a living hell? And no one could do anything about it because Kaido was stronger than all of them...Except Oden, who could've beaten Kaido had he attacked when he first got there and saw what was going on, instead of twerking like a hoe in the streets for half a decade?

Oden was the only person that could've fought back...yet he didn't...Despite Wano citizens being effectively turned into slaves, executed, the land polluted, his own son almost assassinated, his wife shot...Yet he danced naked for loose change...FOR 5 YEARS. You are right Oden is not Zoro. Oden never forged a black blade while Zoro will.
