@CarrotForNakama So what's your take on why this official game with insider info categorizes Yamato where the SHs are and Carrot with the normal allies like Neko and Inu?

To get this out of the way first, Oda is 90% not likely to have a newly introduced character join. He's looking to retire in the next 5 or so years and that leaves no time for him to flesh out a new straw hat from the ground up. It'll be the final part of the story for a reason so it should be about concluding threads than starting new ones.

If he does decide to do that, he'd have to go the Yamato route and connect them to important past threads. Make the character feel like they've always been there in the story.

I feel like if any character joins after wano, they'd have to be already established with the crew in ways. such as vivi or bon clay since the ending is near

In my opinion the last nakamas will be relationed with luffy by pre time skip events...

1 - Jimbe and Luffy friendship pre time skip
2 - Yamato met Ace and she heared about luffy pre time skip
3 - Law helped luffy pre time skip
4 - Bon clay helped luffy pre time skip
5 - Monet said she was following luffy adventures pre time skip
6 - Vivi was with luffy pre time skip
7 - Bellamy met luffy pre time skip and now he is learning how to be a handyman
8 - Sabo lived with luffy before time skip.

So If we quit jimbe of that list. These 7 characters are the better candidates.

Another thing, Wano will end in 20 - 30 chapters, and carrot doesn´t have new targets, but yamato yes. So in my opinion If carrot doesnt do anything more imporant is the next chapters. Yamato will join.

It's much more likely that Carrot is being saved for later as an ally. Her character arc and direction has been tied to the minks ever since Wano started. Her revenge plot? Shared with Neko and Wanda. The dawn? The minks as a whole are working towards it and they believe that Luffy is the the one they waited for. This is not mentioning that she's shown 0 interest in it. She's also been with Wanda since Act 1 and most of the raid now. If Oda was shaping her to be the standout mink that joins the crew, he wouldn't push her character right alongside them this much.

Good point. I said it before. Wanda has the same level of nakama like carrot...

I was speaking about Wano arc. Obviously that Carrot in WCI was better than wanda. But the only difference between them is the "jump" force. And this is not a big difference. (In my opinion)
