You just said he doesn't need acoc for king. Which without luffy isn't beating King.
The fact even with his flame down he took acoc hits means luffy even with acoc gonna struggle.

Zoro can also damage King with Oni Giri but he instantly regenerates.

You need ACoC to beat him get past his defense.

King literally isn't even phased by that attack
He literally has no facial expressions on that panel.
