The why the spoiler said that the swords will turn into supreme grade if it can turn into permanently black?and based on spoiler we also know that shushui and enma is same grade which below then supreme grade...my theory is that shushui is a black blade but still not permanently hence its still not become supreme grade like yoru...and it will be zoro job to turn enma into black permanently

I doubt you can overuse Haki like that, even barrier Haki that Luffy was learning only can flesh out some part of Haki. This Enma sucked Zoro arms like it pulled out the evry bit Haki of him.

I think it would be easy Zoro mastery of flow ( Ryuo) is pretty high after all.

Now this "sucking" lets me remember of Luffy when BM block his attack in G4....like the same happened but to Luffy body ( at some lvl).At that time his Ryuo control was lower maybe ... quite weird.

It is stated in the manga that it is a black blade. Enma is a 21 hence it becoming black can turn it into one of the 12.

You guys missed one thing. Wado Ichimonji should also become a supreme grade sword if Zoro turns it black. I mean the sword is already an O Wazamono grade.
Though the definitive feature of Wado is its white hue blade so maybe it won't ever turn black. Even the name harmony resonates well with the white color.
