If you want to play dumb fair enough, but don't expect others be like that. Talking about Arabasta you missed few points that Wano is lacking already:
1. Four kings guard was really killed by Croc with no coming back;
2. Case of civil war a lot of people died there, civillain and millitary and there is no prove of othervise;
3. Luffy losed to villain for the first time in series;
If you really want to compare Wano to other arc try Skypia, that people called most weak, bad arc that has a lot of false hype and really low pay off. More to that even compared to Skypia Eneru was shown much better then Kaido, who was hyped from 400+ chapters. Eneru defeated all SH except Luffy. So in the end Kaido was shown worser then god who can't kill anyone.

It's cringe that Zoro fanboys are trying so hard to downplay Kaido because Luffy's keeping him at bay in base, but let's not act like Luffy fanboys aren't getting nightmares every time Zoro does something semi-impressive and do everything in their power downplay the guy.

I can understand how some might have issues with Luffy matching Kaido but when a fraction of those people also have no issues with ZKK or stuff like wanting Kid to take down BM you know it's just fanbase wars, the ultimate state is recognizing Luffy > Zoro and also supporting ZKK because it would be cool and has reasonable setup.
Basically kaido told Yamato I'ma take you seriously while trolling at the same time
