Viz didn’t also say he did. He slashed the magistrate on panel, and Zoro has never killed anyone on panel. The original post was someone trashing Kaido for not killing Kinemon lol. Zoro hasn’t even killed anyone of note. That magistrate was also someone he didn’t kill (not confirmed), I only corrected them.

Cutting the head off of a beaten down Kaido on his last legs or unconscious is something even Kiku could do, the scabbards were canonically going to cut off Kaido's neck but he wasn't unconscious or damaged enough.

Base Luffy isnt fast. His speed is trash.
If you said G2, even that is trash that Katakuri easily outperformed.
YC tier has no issue whatsoever keeping up with Luffy's speed.
Top tiers are something else. Also, aCoC didnt boost his speed.

Majority of the Top Tiers have no feats of moving faster than even G2 though.
