He looks like Shrek

Shrekdo the true Ogre
Give us a real Dragon zoan, this fish looks like character from

Yamerooo Mugiwara:milaugh:

Kaido a clown
LMAO All of these Yonkos are clown, kaido an emotional unstable when drunk, BM emotional unstable when hungry, BB overpowered Coward, Shanks a balance obessive idiot, who's so obsess with balance he sided with the marines.

BB Cowardice was the ones usefull so far cause that characteristic let him fight unfair with preperations.

why tf is his club so big
kaido's club is also a df user:cheers:

why tf is his club so big
Why does his club becomes almost as big as himself lol
Imo its because Oda want to emphasize the distance/perspective between Kaidou and his club. His club's afterimages are very close to Luffy while Kaidou himself is still far away, creating the illusion of Kaidou's club being much bigger than supposed to. But Oda kinda failed at making the perspective especially, imo he should have made Kaidou's body bigger than in this pic, so that perspective gonna be more fitting to his body size.

And oh graphically imo he shouldnt have made his kanabo having so many afterimages since it depicts straight-line and reducing the curving art lines, but instead he shouldve emphasized the curving lines more, and making the curves more numerous and thick like a hurricane surrounding his body, to emphasize explosive rotational movements to answer Luffy's straight-line barrage. Wouldve made better contrast in the gatling clash imo. Ah sorry for nitpicking

You ain't serious. How can this be considered tension when the readers preemptively already knew the result of every situation?
Kaido defeated luffy and he was dropping to the sea. We then had a plethora of people stating "laws crews with the submarine will save him". And guess what? It happened.

Cp0 being there doesn't create tension since all they have been reporting was the enemies switching sides to luffy because of tamas fruit. So they were actually used to dehype tension based on what they themselves were witnessing lol
Just because we know what the outcome will be doesn't mean there is no tension in the story. We all know the allies will win the war given the fact that this is a shounen and nobody expects them to fail. There's also no way anyone would expect Luffy to drown and die.

Again what you know doesn't change what it is.
Robin getting captured is a possible outcome. Onigashima exploding is a possibility as well as Kinemon dying. Marines showing up is a big problem because everyone is down and unable to fight. Even if it's just Cp0 there's a good chance that they can take over the island. Hell an Admiral would insure Wano's downfall. These are all examples of tension in a story.

Look up the definition of Tension and you will understand what it means. It has nothing to do with what you as the reader know or expect. :kata:

Tension is when you FEAR for the character's possible death/harm
Meanwhile Wano: Oda PLEASE kill some of them please it's a war god fucking damn it :josad:

Google definition:

Tension in a literary context is the sense that something ominous is right around the corner. Building a large amount of tension as a writer keeps your readers engaged up until the end of the story. ... Good use of tension makes a story worth reading and keeps readers guessing.

Also:

anticipation of conflict. The reader and the characters know a problem is on the horizon.

changes that impact the novel’s characters. Changes that become more dire as the story progresses. No sooner is one obstacle conquered than another one crops up.

a series of unexpected events or revelations. Often the events surprise the reader and the protagonist. Sometimes the reader knows about the event but the character doesn’t. This adds to reader tension.

torment. The protagonist must suffer both internal and external agony. The obstacles your character has to face must continually increase in difficulty until he’s pushed to his absolute limits.

secrets. Character must have needs, painful past experiences and skeletons in his closet that precipitate his reaction to events.

dialogue. Not just idle conversation, but as Morrell puts it, “…conversation’s greatest hits.” Dialogue that is a power struggle where there is a winner and a loser.

subtext. Unspoken thoughts, fears, anger and motives of characters—what they really think, feel and believe.

ebbs and flows. There needs to be variations in the levels of tension throughout the story in order for readers to relax and prepare for the next jolt of stress they’ll experience.

Oda's done all this. Otherwise you wouldn't still be reading the story right now. :smart:

Oda's done this. Otherwise you wouldn't still be reading the story right now. :smart:
Yo bro don't need to bring google "definition" into a 12 yo manga bros. The fact that people are BEGGING for Oda to kill ANYBODY is all I need to know about "tension" in Wano.
