While Zoro obviously has fulfilled Animal and Human realms, hasn't he technically done so, too, to the Hungry Ghost realm by defeating Ryuma?

Bruh do people like being wrong? It's clearly going to be another powerup. He has to literally overcome pain associated with the draw back of the healing drug. He is either going to be healed have another moment in wano, or he is going to to struggle against the pain which is represented in his imagination as death and conquer it. Conqueroring or pushing through the pain is going to take an absurd amount of will power thus forcing him to gain another haki bloom.
The death thing can also be how black blades are made since life comes even after death in the path of ashura. Thus him being reborn. This could have been hinted at when chapters ago zoro was wrapped up like a cross. This is also further hinted by his mentor and rival mihawk wearing his sword that looks like a cross, how he actually wears a cross on his kneck and why his name is Dracule which is a representation of the name Dracula describe as being the lord of the dead, or the undying, or the one that's has escaped death etc etc. And as a result all of what zoro is going through may be how black blades are created since the users WILL to survive death (grim reaper) impacts the blades resolve to follow suit and as a result be more durable than any blade ever
