Scar, because it is irreversible damage. We have witnessed quite some characters breaking their bones but then recovering.
Of course not all scars are equal. e.g. Scarring Shanks' eye is easier than breaking his bones. But when we talk about Kaido, who has extremely tough scales and incredible recovery, leaving a scar is tremendous.

Yeah but the zoro scar and Bm bleeding where treated similarity.
BM is not like the others, she is like Kaido, she has her own durability hype.
No one saw BM bleeding or being hurt in decades. She herself said that. No one heures her that much for a long long time.
On the roof or elsewhere we never saw sane BM bleed at all. She ate attacks after attacks after attacks, maybe had bruises etc but never bleed that way.
It’s the same for Kaido. He was never scarred for decades (Oden). You can make Kaido bleed easier than BM but scarring Kaido is HIS thing.
Law shock wille was the first time BM bleed on decades, without her going down or being close to going down

Law feat < Zoro's scar. Law feat could have being stronger than that scar but Oda had a terrible idea just to hype sword length. I already said if Law use that attack INSIDE BM only would be a Hakai level internal damage attack that wouldn't do much to Onigashima.

Kaido best tanking feats Kong Organ lol?? Meme durability literally tank high top tier piercing damage. Kaido vs ACoC luffy the first time all arc Kaido tank any even comparable. Anything even comparable, but even then roc gatlin< Puncture shockwave
Kaidou took virtually zero damage from a Kong Organ while Meme was severely injured by Puncture Wille. That is not a durability feat, its an endurance feat - she didn't "tank" it if she took damage.
What's even more confusing with your take is that your using Law's awakening attack -which bypasses durability altogether- to compare durabilities.

Which means virtually nothing.... Not being Pierce by top tier lvl puncturing damage >>> Tanking some high tier lvl attack. The difference in Attack potency/Attack power between the attacks are massive. Kong organ can’t even bypass crackers defense for godsake.
U realize this doesn’t actually make any sense right? Meme injured because the attack has an internal impact on her body. That has nothing to do with durability. It’s endurance related.... The attack also causes normal exterior piercing damage!!? As u can see from Yamato/Meme panels. This is a high top tier penetration feat, capable of piercing through an island+ worth of bedrock. It’s even more impressive then mihawk iceberg feat by a noticeable margin. An most would claim that can actual cut Kaido.
U can also see in those scans below. King who’s more durable then Kaido. Acknowledges he can be cut, an needs to block/dodge top tier damage. Yet a top tier penetration attack can’t breach Meme skin!!!! She only takes internal damage. That basically confirmed shes the most durable character. Kaido durability never held up against anything comparable. His endurance has, his edge always been recovery speed.
Umm probably because the attack causes internal/external damage. The whole point of Laws awakening(hence now his Attacks affect organs/an bones)....
Tho if the comparison not sitting right. Then just consider, puncture shockwave >>> ACoA Kong gatlin. The former being strong enough to temporarily down Kaido. An make him start dodging even base internal attacks. By direct comparison Theres nothing implying Meme couldn’t walk off Rooftop attacks as well as Kaido. Which the manga itself says!!!
