I think:
Luffy - 4 billion - Lower than any Emperor but in that range
Kid and Law - 2.5 - 3 billion - Great pirate status and above emperor Blackbeard
Zoro - 1.8 billion : 40 percent of Luffys, billion berry bounty, and hell likely directly get in the way of the WG or CP agents here in Wano
Sanji - 1.66 - 1.77 billion : I can see Oda doing the gag off 66 for Sanjis new bounty and Sanji usually has the double numbers in his bounties.

Considering that, my guess, regarding Luffy's bounty, is:
Luffy 100% (5,000,000,000)
Zoro 40-60% (2.300.000.000)
Sanji 30-50% (1.900.000.000)
Usopp 20-35% (1.000.000.000)
Jimbe 15-25% (850.000.000)

I think Shanks himself will make a move , he and BB will have higher bounties than Kaido's so even if Luffy surpass Kaido's bounty he will sill have smaller bounty than Shanks and BB.

Luffy will slightly surpass Shanks bounty. That is why they will meet.

Kidd: 2.27 Billion
(I still don’t think Zoro and Sanji are done but if they are)
Zoro: 1.49 billion
Sanji: 1.42 billion
(If they’re not done)
Zoro: 1.8 Billion
Sanji: 1.77 or 1.66 Billion

Killer: 700 million seems fair for him if he has more to do this arc. Otherwise 500 million imo

Sanji: 1.44 to continue tradition of 77,33 etc. giving him only 10M more than Queen is not logical. 1.44 seems fair
Zoro: Zoro has rooftop and King under his belt, 1.62 continues his bounty trend and is actually logical for his strength.
Killer: rooftop plus Hawkins. Hawkins has 320M on his head, so taking him down should actually give something close to 400-450 M to a pirate. With rooftop, his overall strength and his captain being one of the two people to take down BM, I can see his bounty getting an additional jump of 300-400 M too.

Second guesses for Zoro and Sanji are also good imho. It can also happen with Morgans effect, or as you said, if they get up and do few more things. Though I think Killer will get his hands on CP-0

It is illogical for Sanji to be above Marco, heck i dont even see Zoro passing 1.4bil let alone 1.6bil

I respect your opinion but these numbers are just too high.

That can definitely work but Shanks seems to be semi allied with WG so idk if he would go out and do something to break their bond and gain a higher bounty.
