i am pretty sure he can kill himself if he wants too :D it depends on if his spirit was crushed enough to lose the will to live. and i am pretty sure Luffy will crush his spirit badly.

thats literally big mom though she is the one who has that stipulation if she loses her spirit you and hurt her but kaido has the dragons scales and per luffy he needed to learn ryou to bypass them even in kaidos base lol kaido cant turn the scales off if he could he would have done it when he tried to commit suicide on sky island

even his dragon scales will get softer if his spirit was crushed , Kaido is that strong not just because of his Dragon scales it is a combination of two things.

smh....you people are exaggerating things....gomu is already shown inferior to mochi in the previous arc and up to this point there is no indication that gomu being uber and even now...the fact that Luffy got haki buffs against Kaido instead of DF is even more indicative of gomu being not some godly fruit....if that is the case atleast wait until this has solid confirmation or until Luffy awakens.....same with Joyboy and everything else....people jump to conclusions very fast like someone said last time that Luffy coats himself in CoC under sea water to find himself out of sea which didn't happen....

That´s not the issue.

1) Destiny does not negate personal achievement, it´s interconnected with that is supposed to make Luffy special and destined for it in the first place, i don´t have a problem with that

2) The special thing is not supposed to be a legendary fruit that the leaders of the world shit about when they think about it.

What happened in canon was Luffy's father running away when Teach crashed in Baltigo, the copium overdosing Crydo cuckolds started hallucinating to draw attention away from Luffy opting for the weakest G4 form there's instead of using G5.

I was one of those bad Zoro fans before but now, I went from bad to worse!
Now I think Luffy will never defeat Kaido, not even after all the help he got.

that the thing kaido will always be a threat lol the only way he will not be is if he is not awakened and that craziness to even think that the worlds strongest creature isn't awakened literally last chap we learn that wano is super important to the one piece through big moms words and kaido has already said im here because its wano to yamato you guys actually think kaido will just give up a piece of the one piece/wano willingly because luffy punches kaido really hard
