Yes because they 2nd one is reinforcement of your words, they have similar meaning, what do you think "you can do it" means?
They don't. "You can do it" is directive. I believe in you speaks about feelings. Those two sentence are completely different. That why you don't see the Mugiwara say "you can do it" to Luffy (or very rarely), but you often see them say "I believe in him".

So Momo needs Yamato to train him while he has 9 scabbards (especially Kinemon), Hyogoro, Ashura, and basically everyone on Wano; while ignoring the fact that a gigantic elephant is there to help Momo, which means also basically whole Zou…

Yup, yamato passed her life to fight a dragon, there is no better person that her to train Momo. If you think Zunisha will stay either alive or with Momo.. yeah.. that might be a little bit optimistic.

Ummm, I think I remember myself saying that they are similar not the same, and they not far from different. If you can't see how both statements relay similar intent of encouraging the person being spoken to then I don't know what to tell you...

Because if this battle proved one thing, is that Momo alone with the scabbard.. is not enough.

Momo is not Kaido. The story precisely showed us that Momo can't do all that Kaido does. For good reason, he needs trai.. wait.. that's it.. maybe what Momo really needs is training.. well what better person that Yamato to help him do that ;)
Against the Strongest Creature in the World and a slew of YCs, yeah…you anticipate Wano facing greater threats than the most dangerous pirates in the New World?? If so, *gestures to every other place Luffy and allies have liberated, none of which has been in danger since save the narratively important Alabasta*

I’m sure the hundreds of chapters developing Momo have been leading to him still being a wimp who needs someone else to fight his battles for him.

That’s great payoff to the time devoted to his inner turmoil and giving him a bumper power boost by turning him into an adult.
Momo's arc is about him maturing and growing into his own as a great leader. That doesn't mean "doing everything by himself". Nor does it mean the opposite. It's somewhere in the middle.

Of course Momo's gonna grow to be a capable individual himself. But he's also gonna be a leader with the wisdom to accept the aid of others when necessary. Him accepting the help of his new friend, the guardian of Wano. Someone who has previously pledged she would literally die for him. Who has had similar experiences to his own. Who has longed to become a citizen of Wano since she was a child. Should be as obvious as it gets.

Humans Evolve. Taxes Never Do.
And now moving goalpost by expecting Zunesha to die while it has lived for over 1000 years, just to fulfill the headcanon of coping mechanism.

This is so much fun
:kailaugh:
Originally, Yamato had to stay cause the Scabbards alone were too weak. Wano now has Dragon Momo, Zunisha and the Mink Tribe and yet Yamato still needs to stay, as if she's more powerful than Dragon Momo+Zunisha+Minks.

What about the Scabbards, dizzy?? Do they not matter to the author simply because they don’t matter to you?? I know you won’t answer this anyway because you’re a chickenshit, but it simply doesn’t make sense to discount the entire Wano cavalry for one character to stay when she has zero actual motivation to do so.

28 year, fully adult dragon Momo to be exact. I was right when I said anti-Yamato (especially Carrot fans) would move goalpost, now saying that Yamato needs to stay to “train” Momo.

Forget about Momo who figured out himself how to grab & pull Kaido’s cloud fire, and forget that Momo hurt Kaido with his dragon bite. Forget about Robin who used her powers effectively since she was 8, and all other Devil Fruit users who figures how to use their power by themselves.

By Yamato staying, Yamato will “train” Momo to use Boro Breath

Here’s what’s as obvious as it gets- Yamato is going on an adventure after Wano on Luffy’s ship.

She knows everything that is written in Oden’s journal. All he’s said about the dawn and opening the borders.

She’s chosen to take on all of that and Oden’s hopes and dreams

That does not require staying on Wano. This is a fact.

We know this because Yamato has read the journal, Yamato knows what is required, Yamato says she’s going to do it, and despite all this, what does Yamato still want to do?

She wants to go to sea

She wants to go to sea

She wants to go to sea

She wants to go to sea

She wants to go to sea

As a kid, right after reading the journal... She wants to go sea.

This story is going in only one direction, and it’s blatantly obvious that it’s not Yamato staying on Wano. She would not be dreaming and continually talking about going out to sea if opening the borders meant she couldn‘t actually do that.

It's kinda sad, but mostly just fucking hilarious to witness our resident sake brewers tying themselves in knots fighting against the manga canon. It's so easy for them to get triggered cause all you need to do is post panels and facts from the actual manga, and it instantly shatters their entire fanfic reality.

They hate that Yamao has such a close bond with Momo. Absolutely despise it. Cuz they fully recognise the damage it does to their headcanons (even if they won't say it out loud.)

^^ This is her most character defining moment in the manga. A character utterly delusional in her roleplaying. Yet here she is, proudly proclaiming who she is, by her real name. Aaaaaand...this moment occurred in the context of her declaring her immeasurable honour and duty to Momo.

They despise this. As well as the fact that her devil fruit is literally known as "The Guardian of Wano". The truth is so blatant yet so resented that merely pointing it out has these people seething. They'd muuuch rather it never existed to begin with.

Same goes for the nickname Yamao, that's met with such disdain. Some literally act like it's tantamount to the n word. But really, they don't actually hate the name. Rather they hate the fact that every single time it's used, it reminds them that the MC couldn't give less shits to remember what their favourite character is called.

The Yamao they love and enjoy, exists solely in their fantasies. In reality, they despise the character and her role in the story with Momo, which is why they subconsciously rewrite it in their heads.

Another Deluded Yamato hater, that's not even close to her most character defining moment, 1016 was that moment. You say we bring up headcanon when we literally have a panels to prove everything we said in this forums thread, all the nay sayers are the ones with the most headcanon. Declaring her immeasurable honor and duty to momo? Literally a dozen chapters later she leaves him to proclaim what she set out to do along in 1016. For all we know she would only die for him because they are the only ones that know of his importance.

Are we literally letting a fruit define what a person will do with their life? All that fruit holds is a empty title, Luffy and Kaido were referred to as the same thing.

And we already disapproved of all the naming bs, Luffy will remember a SH's name when they officially join the crew.
