Everyone who have read history should know that superior military might doesn't always mean victory and that countries and groups with much smaller means but true determination and resilience can be very difficult to deal with when they know that they are fighting a stronger foe and use the right tactics and strategy to make up for it.

I say in Vietnam war , the USA have superior focus and actually winning against. The reason USA lost to Vietnam because moral influence of anti war, unpopular draft (ww2 have draft system), due environmental differences like jungle, random traps.
If you ask military expert, they tell you USA military is actually winning the war because winning many battles. Could be wrong.

The vietnam leader/military/etc (can’t remember which person) actually say thanks to anti war protesters which it lead USA to leave Vietnam war and lose it. South Vietnam force got crushed as result.

Here in Russian vs Ukraine, you have same people, same language, same culture ? , same race , same environment, . It look Russia military so bad. I say it is worst military invasion ever as time goes by.

Yet Ukraine suffer less damage. Which Russian suffer more damage than Ukraine.

You clearly have no idea about War and how it plays out. This isn't Call of Duty. USA couldn't win against some mountain/bush people with AK's and RPG's for decades while having a military budged in the 600billions.+
Russia want to demilitarize Ukraine, get them to surrender and start negotiating. Russia isn't trying to destroy the Ukraine. If they wanted, Ukraine would be deleted from the map in a few days.
They gave them the chance multiple times to surrender and stop the fighting - but nope, and on top of that the West gives them more weapons to keep the fight going.
Russia isn't bombing cities and having to clear it from the facists that are hiding in there, you need to use small arms and go in the city yourself. People gonna hide in buildings and everywhere, while there are stil civilians living there. It's the most difficult place to fight.
So what about this is pathetic? That they don't bomb apartment buildings or what?

It's true that they're both sort of at fault, but Russia's clearly the aggressor, which explains all the sanctions placed on Russia and the overwhelming agreement by most countries of the world that Russia is in the wrong.
