Volume ends in a couple of chapters, so I guess it might go like this

1 chapter of stalling, chapter ends with Luffy on the live floor about to fight Kaido.

3 chapters of Kaido’s flashback, volume ends with the beginning of the final fight

3 chapters of the final fight + Onigashima stuff

People are talking shit because Zoro has enma, that doesn't give him more haki and makes it harder for him to control his haki. But has no problem with Luffy magically gaining more power because he ate a magical fruit.
