but then why is the WG so scared of this power? if this is all luffy's DF did, it would be little better than katakuri's DF
There is countless possibilities for Luffys fruit if it functions in this manner. One of the absolute biggest buffs, is it eliminates the Drawback of G4. If Luffy can bend and mold his body to any shape at will, then he doesn't require a massive amount of Haki to hold his body into place when using G4 forms. He can just mold into those forms, and apply haki where is is needed. Also, he will be able to instantaneously switch between G4 forms as well.

Dreams never die my friend

tho I don't think there's enough time for Kid to awaken it, it would be cool and have a lot of people salty lol
Kid already beat an emperor. Despite Oda never directly highlighting it, his haki is likely very powerful. Haki grows with the user and if Kid is strong enough to 2v1 an emperor, his haki can't not be strong.

imo, Kid should be near the threshold for unlocking ACoC(which is around pr-1010 Luffy level). He doesn't need to show mastery over it like Luffy, Oda just needs to show that he has it. That way when we see him next time, he can split the sky with Luffy and it won't be a massive shock.

Something sad about this chapter is that Oda begins to unravel the secrets on the eve of the end of the manga.

surely by the end of wano we will know more about topics such as joy boy, the gorosei and im sama, the road and the empty century and the raftel.

oda is pressing the accelerator when starting to extract valuable information.

the end of one piece is coming guys, i hope i live and live to see it, its really exciting and sad at the same time

Luffy ate the jushi jushi no mi, the resin devil fruit.

ju = 10
shi = 4
mi = 3
10, 4, 3 = chapter 1043

Natural resin is a resin product which comes from a plant, in contrast with synthetic resin, which is made through chemical synthesis. Natural resins have been used in various human cultures for thousands of years; one notable example of an ancient use of resin can be seen in Egypt, where resin was used in the preparation of mummified bodies. Natural resins continue to be used today for a wide range of applications which stretch from perfume to the treatment of the bows for instruments such as violins and cellos.

A few distinguishing features define a natural resin. The first is the fact that it starts out in a sticky, slightly gummy state, and hardens over time. The second is that it is soluble in alcohol and related compounds, but not in water. This is what makes resins so useful; they can be heated or processed in alcohol to soften them, applied to something, and allowed to dry. Once dry, the resin will not admit water intrusion.
