In the panel
But not within the crew dynamics:suresure:
Of course.

Since he make a Loockout job better than her.
Lmao how bias you need to be to say that xD

No, because u trying to prove something that isn't there like wtf You are the only someone(including Op YouTubers) who think like this, like are u Oda mind or something
I don't think I want to discuss with someone who doesn't know what a line of sight is and still has the balls to call me a clown

This is the reason why no one takes me seriously here.. no one know a sh*t about composition analysis or even storytelling analysis here!

:milaugh:

Of course.

Since when there going to WCI he was in charge of that position!

Fine by me cause u was the same one talk about Yamato didn't help out a straw hat when they were in danger

Anyways who u guys think going to be Blackbeard Ten Titanic Captains?

In a normal panel indeed. The reunion of the strawhat was not a normal panel. Therefore having Carrot in the middle of it is a CLEAR CHOICE by Oda to diffuse a hint about the potential of Carrot as a strawhat.

Learn about something called "line of sight".. This should help you understand the topic we are discussing here and not look like someone completely ignorant.

Dance and twist around the fact to avoid the truth all you want. In the end, there is a clear hint. Wether you see it or not is not my problem lol
you really have no idea of what youre talking about at all...:milaugh:
I know what the line of sight is...you don't because there is NO line in that panel that is pointing toward carrot lmao

this panel obeys the "golden triangle rule"..
there is no relevance to being directly in the center of this panel at all
and as you can see there is NO line leading toward carrot at all
though being in this panel at all is a feat in of itself...
she's literally just an extra...that's it
the point of focus here is Jinbe's face...everyone is looking up at him toward the peak of the triangle(jinbe's face) exept the captain..luffy...who is looking down at him

if youre going to PRETEND you know about analyzing composition please atleast know the basics
come back when you understand the golden rules. then we can talk

Hmmm, so what about This arc?
This arc, CArrot was not present so much. But does it negate what happens ? Does it erease her previous importance ? No.

Wrong, lines are ALSO pointing toward Carrot, in fact you can see that all the left lines are. But at least I'm glad someone googled what I was talking about.

And Carrot is in the center of it. Deny it all you want but it's a fact. Carrot is not the subject, Jinbe is. But Carrot is in a outlining place where she should NOT be. And that is what so important in that panel ;)

Littterally most of the line are pointing toward Carrot AND Jinbe my boy Look again.

That is right. (for once) this doesn't mean the focus is only Jinbe. You should know (because you seems to want to show that you have knowledge on the subject) that there isn't always one subject on a composition ;)

Don't play boy, I just debunked half of your analysis.

You keep saying lines are pointing toward carrot and I'm waiting for you to show them...
they are all directed at jinbes face...
carrot is not at the center of the triangle:milaugh: and even if she was it would be irrelevant to the golden rule oda used in the composition.

carrot is in the same PLACE nami is in...you might have a point IF nami wasnt there but those LEFT lines are all directed toward jinbe.

please stop talking out your ass because the more you do the more you show you have absolutely zero knowlege about composition.
you debunked nothing...all you did was embarrass yourself as a carrot fan:josad::kayneshrug:

Here is a more accurate deconstruction of this panel:

Point of focus in Yellow
Line of sight in red
Composition construction in blue
And Focus helpers in black.

See, the problem is that I'm both a writer and an artist. I don't like to brag, but with you guyz I don't have a choice. I possesse both knowledge to understand properly storytelling AND composition to a high degree. So when someone like you or Sigran tries to put my back against the wall on storytelling with the antagonist or composition with that.. I usually bites hard.

Here is the proof that your analysis is (partially) wrong. Carrot is INDEED a focus in this panel. Not the only one, but A focus nonetheless. She is here the secondary subject. Much like a hidden clew.

In a panel of this importance, this is not normal. This is in fact really odd and SHOULD raises eyebrows.

Oh Btw! I forgot to add that Carrot's head (and the sun of Jinbe) are PRECISELY at the center of this panel.
