AL sama

Red Haired
Yup. Toei doesn't spoil stuff to mangareaders

Yes it is. But I don't intend for you to understand it. It's ok. Let's agree to disagree.

My point is that there is a trend in the community where toxic masculinity is omnipresent. That trend is leading toward transphobia against character like Kiku or Yamato, but that trend is also leading toward sexism toward women in general in the story and all the more against Carrot.

And bad behavior doesn't stop because something is fictionnal.

Luffy is also a stereotype, do you see anyone bashing him for that reason ? Stereotype and archetype are just the base of characters. When those character are good - like Carrot - they go beyond that.

Never said that Carrot was a strawhat.

If toxic men were disliking women based on their sex, the world would be a completely different place. Toxic men don't like women because of a lot of things (I just mentionned some of them earlier). And that's the case with Carrot here. And that is sexism and toxic masculinity.

It might be non intentional, it's still harmfull.

Because behind Carrot they are people who don't feel worthy of stating their love for the character because of that constant bashing.

Debatable

That's not me. ;)

Yup that's me

Of course she has. She had one of the best moment in whole cake.. but you are choosing to ignore it. No wonder you find Carrot "boooring"

"I'm not sexist, I just don't like a girl because she is not funny, she do not act, she is not strong, she is not smart, she is naive, she is annoying, I just hated her from the first panel she was shown and I don't really have a reason" (the first full panel of Carrot was Carrot clashing against a man)

L.m.a.o
you didn't understand a single word I said buddy

But didn't you just say people here like yamato?
You can completely like someone and being completely transphobic toward them. But in that thread, love for Yamato follows other rule, virilistic ones.

It's on completely different level, there is no hate toward Luffy because of that.

Taking things out of context
Completely in the context with this one.

Nah

But that's what you want her to be
:kobeha:
Shot urself in the leg again :kobeha:
Are you okay.. ? You seem to have somethings that prevents you from reading post correctly lol

@CarrotForNakama you bring up sexism alot, especially unwarranted, this lends me to the belief that you are the sexist one here. Always looking for a problem that isn't there. I think you have huge problem and should look into getting a therapist to work out your real life issues.
Sending back the criticism to avoid dealing with your own..

Dude.. xD

If Oda starts treating Carrot better than Drake maybe we can see her potential to join the crew but even Numbers are more relevant then her rn.
Completely wrong

you didn't understand a single word I said buddy
I did. It's not because you don't see sexism that it isn't there.
Post automatically merged:

characters on onigashima likelihood to join:
Yamato - 90% nothing stopping her and Luffy seems to like her.
Momo - 50% has reason to ride with Luffy and gets along with crew. Just depends whether he thinks he’s worthy to be shogun yet
Carrot - 10% her ride is here to pick her up
Lmao, reverse that my boy

You are nothing but the boy crying wolf.

That was only special to you. I have higher standards then that.

Against Zoro I know. She should have died there.

My point is if she’s stereotypical female character, your sexist argument falls apart. Nobody hates her because she’s a woman, nor because she is not a stereotypical one(she is), they hate her because of her character traits and portrayal.

I'm sorry if I hurted you feelings by criticizing your sexism.. truly.

Ok

Against Zoro I know. She should have died there.
Ohh... So you hate Carrot.. because Zoro was too weak then ?

Oh.. I believe you now.. no virilistic arguments can come from a forum where hundreds of men are battling to see who's theory is the best.. I was greatly mistaken.

False

Everyone loves Luffy, there might be 1 or two hater here and there but this is a consensus ;)

Reject furry travesty

Down with furries
By having a rabbit quirk she is blessed with big fluffy bunny ears pale as the first snow in Alpine mountains but fluffy as the softest blanket you can find in cold winter days.

Her chest is plentiful as the vineyards of Tuscany and Aquitaine holding her big heroic hearth and lungs of a champion that inspire greatness in people.
