We saw Luffy unconsciously use conquerors against the fodder, so it wasnt just an impression, Luffy was still "there"
How is Law evidence against Momo? Momo has the VOAT and he noticed Luffy losing IMMEDIATELY
while Law only noticed after Kaido came down and used haki to check it.

And Zunesha is talking about him like JoyBoy is his name or at least how people knew him just like Luffy is known as Mugiwara or Rubber Man.
