Let's see him going all out in a fight to tell how strong he is initially and then he can struggle.... As of now it seems very likely that no Wano samurai can even match the man... Oda even says no one in Wano could handle just Enma besides Oden so Oda is clearly telling us only the beast pirates were an actual challenge all along

That would be nice. However most of these Battle Franky ships would be destroyed, it's too cool for Wano inhabitants to use them more than once, besides King and Kaido should be a mortal danger for ships.

I'm not sure, and @PuckTheGreat did the translation, but Kyoshiro says something about how no one will recognize him now that he has this "face of anger" (face of a yokai called anger). That could explain why his face looks so different from Denjiro's?
