Kaido is still in his Dragon mode. Neither Luffy nor Kaido have use any of their top hitters. The latter has yet to use his awakening which should counter everything Luffy throws at him. Luffy used Dragon Kaido as a jump rope and you are getting pissed. Fam you should be thankful Luffy didn't give him a wedgie :yasu:

One or two goofy moments don't make the fight trash. All Luffy and Kaido has been doing for 40 chapters is asking each other about Smiles/laughing while Luffy gets his ass kick then randomly wakes up with a PU. Luffy vs Lucci had small Luffy who punched Rob, but it never felt luke it took over the fight. This shit been goofy for like a chapter and a half now.

Kaido is a genocidal slaver. Ignoring super but when Goku first rolled up on frieza he was dead fucking serious about bringing him down despite fighting being in his DNA. When Raditz took Gohan he wasn't like man raditz is so strong!! I'm loving this. When he fought Cell he went 100% full power trying to kill him but realized only Gohan could do it

How the hell does a guy who's whole character is i love to fight doing this better than Luffy vs Kaido

I wouldn't necessarily mind this if not for the fact that the author has now cemented that Luffy is Joyboy who freed the slaves and rubber harriet tubman/jesus and yada yada.
