I almost hated every moment you mentioned, but Oden dancing for 5 years tops them all. I really loved Oden's intro and had high expectations from him. That 5 years dancing completely ruined his character for me. It didn't make any sense as Oden eventually decided to fight Kaido. The only way it could make sense is if Oden had lost his memory or gone completely insane. Very very poor writing. Thats where the arc started to go downhill as every plot point of this arc is related to Oden.
Oden dancing for 5 years was the most painful part to see.
On the other hand, Yamato's introduction has been the most problematic part because of the impact it will have in the series if she joins, being an absurdly tall female character with a masculine personality and delusional enough to deny her gender calling herself a man.
It's terrifying just to imagine her interations with Sanji.
I still believe she won't join, and there's certainly enough evidence that she will stay in Wano, but the possibility is still worrisome nevertheless.

Luffy's devil fruit retcon and the chosen one prophecy, I just hate when powers are retconned and chosen ones in manga.
None of the Calamities having awakening.

Nami and Zeus' storyline, one of the most cringeworthy moments in the manga.
And finally Oden's utterly retarded decision to bow down to Orochi and Kaido's terms and to make that cringeworthy naked dance for 5 years.
