General Queries and issues with how Mafia section operates

The prob with that is your excluding newer hosts from these discussions. If you guys decide to ban someone for a certain amount of time that's fair but it should be only limited to the these coaches games. I'll use myself as an example, though by WG I'm one of the newer hosts I've been doing this longer than most of the approved hosts. If I want to include one of these rascals who you coaches want to punish or teach a lesson in any other site I'll be within my rights to just add them no questions asked.

Here I think is kinda unfair for someone else to decide whether a player can participate in my games or not considering I was not part of these discussions. When one of your own mods natalija says she wasn't part of the discussion concerning Joygirl- or even agrees with the choice it says alot . It goes with what I said earlier that the hosts hosting a game should decide whether a player can join or not. Mafia coaches should be advisors, helping newer hosts work on their craft, if ya want to use Mafia coaches to make game events, prizes, award shows or a stats thing that's where Mafia coaches would be greatly needed

Anything further then that is only gonna alienate players or potential new hosts

Al and Drago who are both mods were part of the joygirl discussion. We don't usually ban players, but letting the offense of gamethrowin go would only bring negativity and unfairness to all the people who tried to play fair and the host who put the effort to host that game.

And we can't have all mods be in that chat when already have two people are very experienced mafia players

Al and Drago who are both mods were part of the joygirl discussion. We don't usually ban players, but letting the offense of gamethrowin go would only bring negativity and unfairness to all the people who tried to play fair and the host who put the effort to host that game.

Modkills and gamethowing happen since the beginning of time, but I haven’t seen anyone be THAT punished on their first mistake here. Warnings and the actual intent and context matter too.

If a host wants xyz in their game anyways, they deserve to get that. (Ofc this is when the offense is within reason and the nature of the game and not a person giving severe insults and death threats etc. - those would be solved with actual moderation)

Experience of both the coaches and mods is not relevant in the matter. Coaches running the place is an unnecessary step when every host (and player) can resolve their issues with mods.

A few experienced hands in a cookie jar are better than many inexperienced. A mod is not ominiscent, they are mod and that's why we have mafia coaches and mafia mods. Also I mentioned in my pervious reply thst two mods made the final decision of Joygirl punishment aka Dragomir and Al. So end of the day the final verdict came from a mod which seems to be your issue.

Your problem is that, I, a non mod coach created that post but the decision was made by the mods themselves, I just worked as a messenger.

I believe an organized place runs far better than unorganized for a long run, that's why we are open to new suggestions for these things rather than wanting to remove it entirely. The reason so many games here have went fully well cause action was taken when it was needed, whether it was about things getting toxic, host mistakes or even players being straight up bad

Again Nat what is so hard about not insulting players when they have expressed they don't want to be called by certain words? Or you saying it is fine to insult people cuz why not? And what about game throwing? Are you fine with that as well?
