I think Mihawk will win but extremely close fight. Mihawk hasn't shown one thing to support any definitive against a commander win. There is no reason why if Mihawk can low diff Yonko Commanders, that he didn't do it back at marineford, like he did with other characters. Being the life goal of Zoro means nothing, just because Zoro is one of the protagonist doesn't mean that at EOS he has to be on par with the strongest. His goal is to be WSS not second world strongest person. Not even Mihawk currently is stronger than everybody feat wise. He hasn't beat one good swordsman in the current story line, not one, the majority of them he hasn't even fought them just Shanks... He hasn't even fought, apart from Shanks (12 f years ago), a top tier much less beat them. Once he does then we can start talking about placing him in a higher position.
Mihawk is an awesome character looks cool, has a good title, bad ass personality, more or less important to the plot. Yet I just have to read, and see that so far Mihawk is not the god some people want him to be until proven otherwise with manga panels...

King has that portrayal to be invited to join BMP as their new YC1 if not the next Captain himself because Linlin realizes she's already too old.
Mihawk? Shanks doesn't even bother to recruit him. Imo Mihawk will be the 1 asking Shanks to join the moment he knows Navy is targetting Shichibukai again.

He has been portrayed as YC1 of Yonkou Kaido. BM invited him to join as he belongs to rare species. He even Koed Big Mom ship. He is also a swordsman who seem to have ability of fire and has ancient zoan Df. Wow.. What a portrayal.
Mihawk, on the other hand, has no Df but just supreme grade black blade which only reflects highly advanced usage of CoA. No fire ability... Meh...
He also rivaled Shanks a Yonkou but he didn't Koed Shanks ship so meh again...
He is being called a legend but another meh as king is rare species.
He is simply a world strongest swordsman. I mean there is no big deal in being WSS and having black blade.. Right?
Anyone can have black blade by purchasing in black market and anyone can get title of WSS by bribing public. I bet even king can do so but you know wano conditions and Kaido aim of having war had made financial conditions tight for king that's why he doesn't have any title and black blade.

Luffy with basic haki and g4 will beat king/marco any warlord (except Mihawk)/commander
But not Katakuri and top tiers : yonko/admirals.

Oda wasnt gonna make luffy train haki vs them? Or even have luffy fight them .already? It is because they have nothing to offer luffy!

It was pretty evident that Mihawk had little to no interest in the war though. This whole misconception with him vs Vista is honestly tiring to see over and over again, Mihawk likes to prolong and savor a fight, he has done this since the first time we saw him and his reasoning?
If he did this against East Blue Zoro, what makes you think it would be in his interests to take out commanders of WB right away when he didn’t really care about the war. Even in the fight vs Vista, he was analyzing his fighting style and Vista was surprised to hear that Mihawk even knew of him. Seems more like a dude tryna kill boredom rather than him not being capable of mid diffing YCs.

The reason why Mihawk doesn’t fight top tier swordsman could have already been revealed in the vivre cards, iirc when it says that he’s waiting for someone to surpass his rival (Shanks) to challenge him, and that is going to end up being Zoro. But nonetheless, denying Mihawk is a top tier is honestly ridiculous at this point, if Fujitora is a top tier and Mihawk is above him via virtue of his title, then it cannot be disputed.
