He may not have beef with her, but for the reason you gave, she probably has beef with him...if she comes after him while he’s aiming for Kaido’s head, I wouldn’t be surprised if he fully turns his focus to taking her down.

I seriously doubt Big Mom has any real beef against Kid since she and her crew don't seem to have even minded that he took something from them and view him just as the same as for most of the supernovas. Whatever he took was most likely not very important in BM's eyes.
And he wouldn't stand a chance against her anyway.

Have to agree with the second bit, but if it’s her Road Poneglyph or something of equal significance, I think it’s possible he could incur her wrath in Luffy’s place (although she’s certain to start by going after the straw hat).

Zoro can only replicate Oden's feat if he reach Oden's stat, so the same and even more challenge apply to Zoro to Luffy, that's why fighting against sword user is fitting for Zoro

I think that if Oda went through all the trouble of setting up Rocks 2.0, having Big Mom get taken out in a sneak attack is probably the worst way to resolve this conflict.
If Oda was going to end it like this, then he shouldn't have even brought big mom into wano.

Big Mom deserves a proper defeat. Current Luffy is absolutely nothing compared to the luffy who fought kaido two weeks ago. People question how much luffy could have grown in two weeks, but forget that luffy went from being low diff material to katakuri to beating him in one fight.

also, people underestimate the alliance a lot. like Momonosuke can control Zunisha. Lets also not forget that the SH grand fleet, Marco and the WB pirates, and possibly even the vinsmokes(because Jinbei) can also make an appearance.

She was punting him in her amnesiac childlike state 6 days prior for gods sake. Why would you think luffy can now hang with them is beyond me, its shit writting if it happens. Basically fairy tail level. There is a reason its an alliance to take down a yonko. Stop fucking downplaying them. And luffy is not ready to solo a top tier yet.

How is it fairy tail level if Luffy had two whole weeks of training before taking on Kaido for the second time. This is literally how almost every single fight based story goes down.

• protagonist faces antagonist and loses badly
• protagonist works hard to become stronger and overcome weakness
• protagonist faces antagonist again and wins

Kaido massively outclassed him two weeks ago. Since then Luffy has increased

• his base strength and physical abilities
• his CoO
• his CoA
• his mastery over G4

How would it be "fairy tail writing" for Luffy to be able to match him after all he went through? And mind you I never said Luffy would win without help. Luffy has gotten help in every single fight post-skip and I'm sure he'll get help again with Kaido. However what I do believe is that Luffy vs Kaido will be, for the most part, a 1v1. With any help being minimal; see: Luffy vs Doffy, Luffy vs Cracker, and Luffy vs katakuri.

But the very fact that Oda has stated in interviews that Luffy will defeat Kaido indicates that it will be mainly Luffy, and not anyone else, who will beat Kaido.
