Interesting thing is, drugs, healthcare and medicinal facilities in western countries being so advanced everyone was convinced that the next pandemic would originate and spread fastly from third world countries... But it came from China which is a developed state and is spreading in western nations more fiercely than in third world countries. In India too disease mostly came from Italy.
It was born in a chinese wet market, this to say that China is huge and it has both apex places and not developed ones like the markets in Wuhan. The whole thing started because there they don't have refrigerators so they have to keep animals alive til the exchange so that their meat doesn't spoil, then there was the contact with bat's liquids and everything started.
About western countries it is true that they are more developed but at the same time we have a good portion of our population pretty old (over 60 yo), especially Italy and we know they are the most fragile to the virus. Right now there is concern for the virus spreading in Africa but there the % of pop above 60 yo is just 3% so at least as a population are a lot more resilient to it. I don't know India's demographics but generally you should have a low % of old people as well compared to western countries and that at least is a big advantage.

Based on data recieved so far, nearly 80% people who are getting infected are asymptomatic or are having mild symptoms and nothing to worry.
10-15% infected people need treatment
And, around 5% cases are getting critical.
Unless you have old age or severe underlying disease there is nothing to PANIC.
So calm yourself dowm and isolate yourself and your family for a week or so...

Negligence on part of those who got infected has become the Major reason why this is getting spread.
Temperatures below 25deg Celsius won't do shit to this because in Australia it didn't. We don't about how it will fare under temperature 30deg Celsius or above. So we will have to wait for summers in Northern Hemisphere especially within sub tropical regions.
Also, this isn't deadly but very contagion. The equilibrium will achive only when common population will attain immunity towards it which could happen in upcomming few months and before vaccine development.....
