The gist of my idea is that admirals have always functioned as way to gauge the strength of the strawhats relative to the rest of the world.

And if I’m right then right now Luffy is at the point where he can stalemate or force back an admiral.

Wait why was this grim reaper thing with Zoro thought to be some separate super important plot in itself?

What made people think it was DEFINITELY going to be something more than just a manifestation of Zoro seeing and having near death experience?

I can understand people having a shitton of problems with this arc, but you immediately look like a salty crybaby when bringing this as some major discrepancy which needed some major resolution at all costs lol
