Yeah. Pedro, monet, vergo, yasuo are alive. Even Whitebeard and Ace are alive. Rpger was alive. Rebecca mother was alive. Whoever died in the flashback was alive.

Bigmom was incompetent as a fighter. Admirals were not incompetent or to some extent incompetent but they are highly duty bounded. They can't just fight without reservations.
