Marco lasts longer against Kaido than Kid/Law/Zoro and I don't think you'd rank them below Marco. Abilities matter in matchups and they don't always accurately dictate how strong you actually are.
Shiryu sure is going to be a tough fight, but "in what way"? is the question. I doubt Shiryu is in a position to match Zoro blow-for-blow. The entire difficulty of the fight is going to be Zoro figuring out a way to work around invisibility. Invisible people are practically invincible against anyone as long as they aren't caught but that doesn't help much in raising their power level on a tier list. If the SHs aren't fighting BB pirates in the next arc, then Zoro will likely be a top-tier by the time he fights Shiryu.
