I see, that's really unfortunate, that does make Wci feel really inaccurate and incomplete.
Oven, Cracker and Pedro should've been included at the very least.
I believe that really lowers the chance for Cracker being a dlc character....Even though a lot of people seem to want him to be a dlc character.

What they did was the bare minimum and it really shows. Instead of proper enemy npc's from the arc, you get Brulee using her mirror ability again to create clones of Luffy/Sanji/Nami as mini-bosses to fight. 'Cause it's probably easier to re-use already existing models instead of creating interesting new ones.

I know that musou games aren't really known for their compelling stories, but WCI is absolutely underwhelming. Basically everything you saw in the trailers is in the game; and that's it. I thought they might have at least kept Caesar as Gangster Gastino/NPC in the game, but he was completely removed as well. Same with the Brook vs. Big Mom bit, which could have easily been added in like the Luffy/Sanji fight. For an arc that's usually so grand and colurful, it feels extremely cold and empty in the game xd

Kata was on the verge of losing, and the three of them had to do ultimate combined attacks to finally put him down (but even after that Jack was not completely down) man, the developers were on sum GOOD as crack i get it they took liberty on Wano's story but this is still wild

Pirate warriors games aren't exactly known for caring about powerlevels. In game you can beat all the Yonko combined with Chopper

And the first game's final fight had pre-skip Luffy having a showdown with Akainu on top of a giant volcano in the middle of Marineford.
