Yamato is the Carrot of Wano
- Both of them were completely irrelevant troughout their arc except for one chapter that their fans use to hype them up
- Both of their characters revolve around a deceased male character
- Both of them are teased to join the crew only to be red herrings cause Oda doesn't care enough about them

Yes that bit where she held off Kaido was the only time in the entire arc she was relevant. As for everything else, you could remove it without losing anything either in terms of plot or themes
Like I said, Yamato is about as important as WCI Carrot. She went Sulong in one chapter and spent the rest of the arc shitting around
