We saw Fuji still bandaged a week after reverie when act 2 ended.

Plus GB has powers that boost his recovery.

Nah dawg, didn't Drake call up Coby before Onigashima which was like what, a week after Reverie ended? Add another week post-Onigashima and Greenbull coming to Wano is around 2 weeks post Reverie.
