We all know Orochi was the man behind legendary swordsman oden's death
and he has an op df and great swordsmanship skills
how many swords will an amateur swordsman like Zoro break while facing him?

Hard to see Orochii breaking Zoro swords unless Oda builts up Orochi df hype little more. His df is mythical so it is possible bt tough luck for nw.

I think Zoro swords could break against King or ultimately against Kaidou.

Yeah Kaidou seems likely option, bt i think he will engage King in the extreme diff fight and since Tengu is a master sword craftsmen, Zoro might get a new sword made for him from the previous two renown swords.

None of his swords are breaking.

Mihawk stated in a flashback even a nick on the blade is considered “bad” Zoro’s pride is on the line if he breaks his blades.

At the end of Wano he’ll get to choose which swords he wants and he doesn’t want, absolutely no need for any of them to be broken.

Tengu makes him a new sword and he takes Nidai Kitesu
