Sanji is faster even without the RS, wouldn't be affected by the water, he might actually be the only one to be able to take down jimbei under water.

Jimbei should be a lot better. I don't even think kawamatsu can manipulate water like the other fishmen.

Imo the current monster trio (luffy>>>> Zoro> sanji) is stronger than him in normal conditions. He would extreme diff them under water and would lose only luffy if luffy could use a bubble.

I think part of the reason Jinbe took so long to get into the crew was because he might have been stronger than Zoro and Sanji. It's pretty convenient he returns just after Sanji received the Raid Suit and possible modifications and Zoro's week long training segment with Enma. Which also strengthens the idea that the two will solo commanders during the war.

Honestly, I really hope Sanji got stronger cause I love all the monster trio equally, and I feel like oda really gives Sanji the short end of the stick.
