You seem like someone who has a lot to say about social issues but I still fail to understand what this has to do with Yamato vs Carrot joining. According to some interpretations, Yamato is trans or non binary. Wouldn't this give her extra points from your.perspective.?
As I mentionned in a twitter thread. Carrot V Yamato is actually not just a fight between two characters.

It's a fight between two type of fanbase (with exceptions on both side)

The Carrot fanbase is strong inclusive and factually more quite. The fanbase focus on the character of Carrot, her personnality (with nsfw exceptions).
The Yamato fanbase is not as strong but a lot more toxic and noisy. The fanbase focus on the lore of Yamato, her physic and not her personnality .

So from my experience and my point of view it's more than just a fight between character, it's a political fight. A political fight between a strong yet sensible part of the fanbase and themore toxic one. (at least on this forum)

Yamato and Carrot are both amazing characters. But the fans don't follow that pattern. And like I said, there are exception on both side, I took a stand a month ago against the most toxic part of Carrot's fanbase.

Jew D. Boy

I Can Go Lower
They unbanned C4N at the best moment for him to take his L and he´s starting a debate about racism of fictional characters. Throwing C4N in a pit full of lions when his life just recently got shattered is so cruel! You laugh to see it :yearight:
This guy is hard projecting his personal values on stuff that has nothing yo do with it.
Talk about obsessed.

@CarrotForNakama you are NOT free. You see your favourite topics everywhere and antagonise random people on an online forum over something that belongs elsewhere.
Please, try meditation, listen to relaxing music or whatever.

Ignored, here's why.

Who is Carrot? The simple answer is the bunny mink that helped in wci. She was a sign of things to come. The cartoon glove and the heavier inspiration from old world american cartoons like bug bunny, tom and jerry, popeye the sailor man. Since the very beginning Luffy has always been connected to animals in some way or another. The minks are connected to luffy.

That's a good way to see that.

No. Someone HAS TO join. There was too much setup in that direction for Oda to say.. "nope"
