Current Events Is it pathetic that half of the SHs don’t even know Haki?

People usually concentrate on the monster trio in fights since, well, Oda mostly concentrates on them, but if you look at it, the mid trio was never challenged post-TS unless it was a challenge they could not overcome anyway (Franky vs Bastille and DD Family on his own for example) but when they were shown, they pretty easily got through it.
Franky beat an officer while handicapping himself while his opponent could fight fully, and still won, and in General played around with 2 additional ones, Robin humiliated Hakuba, who can very well be a vet/Vice Admiral in his own right, and Brook blitzed BM at least.
Pretty sure they can take vet level characters if their counter abilities are not a disadvantage (like Oven would be for Robin for example).
And Nami at least does not need CoA, CoO might be useful, but her damage output is extremely high.
Monster Point is huge as well, pre-TS MP humiliated a Rear Admiral level character.

specially when you see someone like Tachigi.. who was TRASHED by Nico Robin in Alabasta... be someone who uses Haki while Robin cannot...
And when you see crappy character like "Sai's brother" who's weak as fuck and trash... be able to use Haki while people like Franky or Brook cannot
Also just wanna say... that EVEN with those characters having Haki... they would still lose to Robin/Franky/Brook as well now
It's just annoying to see the SHs who are clearly superior... not really utilize haki... specially at this stage of the series... when the ONLY CREWS that I believe who are "superior" to the Strawhats are the Yonko crew... and they will be surpassed VERY SOON..
So... when you look at how late the stage is... it's fucking weird and stupid that Oda is STILL teasing the "black hardening" for Sanji with unclear panel instead of Sanji using it LONG TIME AGO... as if revealing it will be of any surprise or hype anyway.. almost everybody in New World uses haki... but Oda for some reason... he's holding it back on the Strawhat which is UNREASONABLE
Thankfully Usopp got that development in Dressrosa... Oda needs to highlight more control of it here in this arc..
Franky I believe is a Tank.. so observation haki isn't gonna be his thing... but to not let every strawhat ave Haki power up this arc... Oda needs to differentiate things... so I'd say Franky in Land of Wano can finally get Sea Stone bullets and weapons crafted...
Nami I feel was being foresadowed to use observation haki when Sanji was inside her body and looking for Kinemon's body... so maybe Oda will make er unlock the first stage... even if the unlocking is related to Weather prediction to save the crew's ass during a naval battle
Oda can make Chopper enhance the strength of "Monster point" by unlocking Armament Haki
While Brook can show Awakening
Robin will be on the side as always saying "fufufu" without anything to do, sorry but I have lost hope for her long ago

The only one who does not make sense is Robin, since she spent 2 years with a powerful army, and she literally knew about Haki as well, since she reacted to Luffy´s CoC.

I think the main problem is that Oda has focused on allies of the crew over crew members, outside of Luffy and Zoro (even Sanji hasn't had the best showings so far in the New World, while he was teased as being Jinbe's equal on FI). But the rest of the crew has largely been left to rot.
I mean, great, Usopp unlocked his CoO but did he ever realized that it wasn't just his imagination ? Have we even seen him hint at him being able to do that at will ? So far, the answer is no, and that's a problem, because it's obvious that he'll have to fight Van Auger at some time, so either Auger's terribly weak, or Usopp will have to have a curve of progression so dam steep he'll be climbing the Everest. And he isn't the worst in the crew.

There is a difference between knowing about haki... and unlocking it
I'm only asking for them to unlock it..
Haki is a "spiritual power" it relates to how strong the person will is.... and with saying that.. the Strawhat pirates have proven how strong their will is... so seeing people like Franky/Brook or others demonstrate ONLY THE UNLOCKING of haki during a fierce battle... that's not wrong to do
You don't have to learn about haki to unlock it...
Luffy unlocked haki pre-timeskip multiple times through being driven into a fierce state
Zoro unlocked observation haki with his battle against Daz Bones
Usopp unlocked obsrvation haki when his mind state was at STAKE thinking of Sugar might make them forget about Luffy...

Usopp is still far from controlling it... he might still need a push to even use the same ability he did in Dressrosa... he ONLY unlocked it.. he cannot spam it whenever he wants
So all I'm saying is Chopper or other members of the crew in this war better unlock haki for a specific moment... cause they are MORE THAN QUALIFIED do unlock it considering their will and spirit is STRONGER than your avarge guys who utilize haki while they are far weaker than them...
