No, it lasted 2 chapters, when Kaidou said "Then let's get this over, 994~996 end of fight" confirms that he was not trying to end the fight in any way previously which makes previous chapters irrelevant and uncounted besides Furthermore, it's no demerit for Kaidou to be taken down by a combo attack of: Ashura + Sulong Inu + Kinemon + Denjirou, this attack didn't even reopen his old very shallow wound, but it would definitely kill GB.
