Nope, I'm semi-expecting another 2 forms if he takes 2, and another insane form after taking 3 again.
Basically, he has 6 forms: Walk, Brain, Heavy, Guard, Horn, Kung Fu Points.
1 Rumble Ball: Monster Point
2 Rumble Balls: Gets back Jumping and Arm points, new forms.
3 Rumble Balls: Something new.
This is what I hope, as I honestly have been so disappointed in Chopper since Punk Hazard.

This Carrot for Straw Hat is a thing that should have definitely died with Oro Jackson. But,for my annoyance,still there some peoples here,in this place that we're striving for turn better than Oro Jackson,hammering in this thing which tons of stuff in manga can prove as wrong.
Here,i'm listing every argument of peoples to with the rabbit girl and explaining because every of them is nothing more than bullshit.
Peoples say "Carrot is a great Mink character".
Great Mink character? She have the predicable design of a anthropomorfic rabbit girl character,the predicable powers of a rabbit girl character,and her own name is the most cliche anyone could ever give to a anthropomorfic rabbit girl character.
Is a insult say she's so smartly crafted as Bepo and Chopper.
Bepo is a polar bear character.
-His name is smartly crafted of One Piece's way.
-So are his personality and skills.
-He has a real history as Mink character and Heart Pirates's member. Come read.

Oven teached for all universe how Carrot is trash for characters as him face to face,and how any character with advanced power and bright mind can easily dispose a Su Long Mink.
And Carrot's base power is far far from Dellinger's level. So,as she couldn't ever transform in Ennies Lobby,would be useless against the CP9.

The only personality she have is be annoyingly innocent and childish. She's 15 years old and not even know what are thunders and lightnings. What she can do alone in world? Chopper becamed a pirate when 15 years old,and same never having been outside Drum Island before,he already had total knowdledge about outside and not needed much orientation of others. And her desire for adventure is nothing comparable with Chopper's seek for himself and his place in life after a beginning of life whole of pain and loneliness.

This wasn't just ANY panel, it was THE highly anticipated reunion of the straw hats, and Carrot was involved, right up in the middle of it, when he absolutely didn't have to include her.
We saw how in the latter parts of the chapter, he simply didn't show her. But for such a big moment he chose to include her like she's part of the family.
