-Both bloodlusted
-Frieza starts off in his final form from DBZ (no Super allowed for obvious reasons)
-Fight takes place on a Jupiter sized empty planet
Where do you place his power ? From what i've seen the Serious Punch squared is pretty divisive. But arguments for it being legit > arguments against imo.
Is it half of the power though ? Doesn't the squared part imply the attack is massively amplified or something ? I seriously doubt Garou can wipe out even dozens of stars like that on his own.

Nah mate it's not as simple as 1 + 1 = 2, it's basically implied there's a massive multiplier of some sort due to the timing of the attack and shit. But you can argue the name is just there to sound cool lol. Pretty controversial feat all around from what i've seen.

Garou’a best feats don’t stack up to Saitama’s who, in all honesty, doesn’t seem any more impressive than Saiyan Saga Vegeta. Speed can be argued because of how inconsistent DBZ is in that but otherwise, raw power? It’s not even close

Perhaps both were putting extra power behind their Serious Punch than Saitama normally does that when combined, equaled the attack’s normal power squared.

Yes, but how much of that Garou can replicate on his own is debatable. I don't think he's more than Solar System max. Some inconsistencies don't help him either like shitting his pants at Saitama pulling off the feat shown above.
Saitama's sneeze solos the SS Saga though, come on now lol.

10x of that is not enough to replicate this though. That's not even getting into Saitama's growth rate, Garou's radiation etc. like even lowballed they run through SS. Slight wank gets them as far as the Buu Saga.

Given how neither overpowered the other and it requiring Saitama to get more serious later on to start overwhelming Garou, both blows for that clash were even

Depends if Garou can evolve enough to the point where he can overwhelm Frieza. He ws still growing while fighting Saitama, it's just that his growth rate was eclipsed.
Depends what mood Frieza is in, I can see him edging out an extreme diff win or getting one shotted.
